Our Return Policy

At Gourmet NY Coffee, we have a 100 % satisfaction Guarantee.  We appreciate your business and we guarantee that you will be satisfied.  We will offer a 100% refund of the product total if you find you are unhappy with your order provided you follow the our refund guidelines. 

Refund Guidelines:
* Damaged goods:  If by chance your order is damaged upon arrival, please call us at 561-483-8841 with in 24-48 hours of delivery.  Failure to call us within that time frame will void any claim.

*To obtain a refund:  We require you to ship back the order you are returning. If the coffee has been opened only 1.75 oz can be missing.  If more than that amount is missing you will be charged the difference.  If more than one bag of coffee is being returned of the same flavor:

1-5 bags, only one can be opened.
5 or more bags, only 2 can be opened.

This holds true for exchanges as well.  You will need to ship back products in order to recieve a new product in exchange.

Before you ship your product back to us, please make sure you call us first at 561-483-8841 for a Return Authorization number or Exchange Request number.  A refund request must be made with-in 10 days of delivery or items are unreturnable.

Shipping Costs:   These costs are non refundable, as shipping is part of our transaction with you.  If your product is damaged upon arrival, please see the instructions above for damaged goods. Gourmet NY Coffee, LLC is not responsible for damage during shipping.
